Industrial Painter

Pay: $20-$23/hr (based on shift and experience)

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Join a growing manufacturing team and help build windmill towers used in the renewable energy industry. As an Industrial Painter , you'll prepare and paint large steel structures using industrial coatings, spray equipment, and blasting techniques in both indoor and outdoor production environments.

What You'll Do

• Prepare metal surfaces through sanding, blasting, and cleaning
• Apply industrial coatings to steel windmill towers using spray equipment
• Work in paint booths and production areas
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We're Looking For

• Industrial painting, paint prep, or sandblasting experience preferred
• Experience with spray guns and industrial coating applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
