Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, machinery, utilities, and facility systems.
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and work closely with Operations and other departments to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, schedule, and support maintenance technicians and daily maintenance activities.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
Maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, parts inventory, and equipment records.
Coordinate outside contractors and specialized service providers when required.
Ensure all maintenance work follows company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulations.
Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective and long-term reliability improvements.
Partner with Production and Engineering teams on equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance environment.
Train, coach, and develop maintenance team members.
Qualifications
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and equipment reliability practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment and respond to equipment emergencies when needed.
